Columbia, 1963; teal-blue covers, marked “Final Draft,” dated “May 3, 1962,” the star's black ballpoint ink handwritten annotations on the upper margin of cover read “Ann-Margret / Kim" ["Kim MacAfee" - her character's name], screenplay by Irving Brecher, 125 pages, a few colored ‘script change’ pages throughout; included is a fan letter postmarked “June 25 1962” that the star stuck inside her script where it's been the last 64 years!

According to Ann-Margret herself, this is the exact script she used on the set of what is arguably one of her two most iconic films – the other being “Viva Las Vegas” which she made just a year later at MGM, co-starring with a certain rock star.
