On May 3, 2026, Ann-Margret graciously allowed Sabrina Carpenter to wear this gown to Anna Wintour's Pre-Met Gala dinner; Ms. Carpenter had it altered in the waist and shoulder areas, as well as hemmed it to a knee-length; it has now been restored to its original length.
