A bowling ball signed by Jeff Bridges, who portrayed the protagonist Jeffrey “The Dude” Lebowski in what is, strangely, one of the most famous bowling movies of all time, the Coen Brothers' The Big Lebowski (Working Tittle Films, 1998).

The bowling ball is a vintage dark purple marbled Galaxie 300. Bridges signed the ball in silver marker to the lower left of the logo and finger holes, writing “Jeff Dude” underneath his signature. Though The Dude and his bowling team were serious league bowlers, this ball was not seen in the film itself.
